We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please fill out our return form. All returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Where applicable, a return shipping label will also be provided.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original one following the process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
